Doppler did it again! EMMS 2020 promised a lot, but it did not disappoint anyone: it was 5 days of Digital Marketing conferences oriented to 5 industries and full of insights . Furthermore, for the first time in its history and aligned with world circumstances, it was 100% remote. In other words, each member of the team did their part from their homes in different parts of Latin America and Spain. Amazing! So in this thirteenth edition of the EMMS we challenged ourselves, we grew and we got these amazing numbers. It was a 100% remote Digital Marketing event . It had almost 64,000 registrations (and was very close to doubling the numbers from the previous year). Mexico was the country with the highest number of registrants, followed by Argentina and Spain. It took place over 5 consecutive days , from October 19 to 23.
EMMS has never been so widespread! Participants 18 speakers benchmarks in five industries: E-commerce, Education + HR, Banking + Finance + Experiences Tourism and Innovation. For the first time, there was a co-organizer (this time it was Wayra , Telefónica’s innovation hub) and four “daily sponsors” who helped us to let new audiences know about the EMMS 2020 proposal. It was a real honor that companies from the likes of VTEX, The Power MBA, Digital Bank LATAM and IMS have accompanied us 🙂 It had 4 exclusive Networking sessions , with more than 2,100 registered to participate and 20 thematic tables on Digital Marketing. On Twitter there were more than 2,500 users commenting with the event’s hashtags; Together they generated 21,000 tweets and reached 16,000 accounts . The recordings of the lectures were available on the Website within hours of the end of each day. Another record reached! Editing is a relatively complex process, but this year we set out to make it as smooth as possible. To achieve this, the Doppler UX team worked hard in parallel to each conference. In addition, he emphasized the maturation of the market. Regarding this aspect, he mentioned that many of the companies that India Phone List are booming today are 20 years old or less. He also highlighted the abrupt change that the emergence of COVID-19 around the world meant for Retail and how the consumption habits of the vast majority of the population were affected.
Finally, he highlighted collaboration between brands as a fundamental asset to generate value and stand out in today’s market. Danny Sierra (Ryte) and Freddy Mira (Cencosud) – Q&A: Web Optimization and Performance for E-commerce The format of this presentation consisted of questions and answers on how to solve SEO-related issues in an E-commerce of the magnitude of Paris.cl . It is neither more nor less than one of the most important in Chile. When asked by Danny Sierra about which are considered the pillars of SEO today, Freddy Mira replied that for him the perfect triad consists of: the technical SEO, the SEO optimized content based on and Linkbuilding.
